Hello Vamshi.
Since your score in NEET 2019 is too low for getting a government medical  college. At least from last few years cutoff the minimum marks required for a government college is approximately 520 or above in general category 250+. but through the  management quota seat you can get into many private colleges by paying 10-15 lacs per annum as fee to the college.
