1st round of counseling is15% all India and it's very hard to get a seat then so it's better to skip it and later attend the 2nd round na??

Try to appear for 1st round councelling thought it is 15% All India. Don't worry that it's difficult and hard to get seat just give a try and check your luck. If you won't get then you can try for next time. Prepare well and think positive. You will get good results.
