I am sorry to inform you that according to the analysis of previous year cutoffs, it is very difficult for you to get a seat in any B.E. courses at Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad. According to 2017's cutoffs, you can get an integrated M.Sc. Chemistry at Hyderabad campus and M.Sc. Biological Sciences at Goa and Hyderabad campuses.

For BITS Goa the minimum and maximum cutoff marks are 260 to 347 for Chemical and Computer Science branches respectively according to previous years cutoff trends. For BITS Pilani & BITS Hyderabad the cutoff is more high. So try to apply for private colleges or university in your state to ensure seat.

If you want to take biology
as the 4th subject then you will surely get B.Pharma at BITS Pilani.

But if maths was your 4th subject then there are meager or zero chances of getting an admission in any of the campuses of BITS.
