50 marks in kcet and 275 in pcm what rank I can accept
Hello Aspirant,
KCET rank is calculated by considering 50% of KCET score and 50% of board marks. Now it is difficult to calculate any particular rank as it depends on various factors like no. Of candidates appeared, highest marks obtained etc. And these factorsare bound to change every year.
You have quite impressive percentage in 12th, but KCET marks are not so impressive. Now according to last year's data, your expected rank will be around 48,000 approximately.

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now they will add this two( that is, the formula goes like this
Rank will be given
R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100
Then they will sort ,who has got more R(i have taken this ‘R’ for better understanding) value will get good rank.
And the rank to a particular ‘R’ value varies every year
