Hello aspirant, 

503/720 is a nice score. Well last year the candidate with minimum marks of obc category that got admission into Bangalore medical College was 450. So I guess that you would be able to get admission in there. 

Also I would suggest you to apply for the counseling process as you could see all the possible options you have then.
