It depends on external factors like exam difficulty level,amount of students appearing and on internal factors like,your category ,age and score so we can only make a vague idea

Since the level of competition is increasing daily only must have a window of atlest 10 marks up or down the given data

There is low possibility of getting into govt mbbs seat with 550 marks as the last year cut off for  medical colleges in haryana was 568 marks(AIQ) but you can surely can grab seat(in good college) through state

management quota as their 2018 cut off was 535. So, by adding up more competition this year, you can manage it.
