The inflation in NEET 2021 cut-off was unfortunately high but this year keeping in mind the new decision taken by NMC of reducing the fees of 50% private college seats and the level of paper which was more or less at par the 2021 level, the cutoffs may decrease.
In 2021 the last MBBS gov college seat in Bihar was grabbed at a score of 595. So, predicting a decrease of 5-10 marks in the cutoff, you may get a gov. MBBS seat.

Since you have not mentioned your category I consider you belong to general category and according to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required to score 580-600+ marks in NEET for MBBS in government college. With the score you have mentioned above there are pretty good chances that you can get admission in government college in Bihar. As per the state councelling, 85% of seats are reserved for state quota. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, so this might increase chances of your admission.
