Dear student,
Congrats! For getting 82 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 . But you did not mentioned your Category (OBC/GEN/ST/EWS/ Sc) so only basis of your percentile, It will difficult to say which college you will get because In Home State NITs Colleges there is benefits of Home State quota and also Category wise quota. If you mention full detail then we will help you to select best college for you.
Although, on the basis of Common rank list (CRL) 82 percentile is not for more sufficient for get admission on good NITs colleges.
But, There are some good government/ private college name, where you can get admission with lower branches like civil Engineering , chemical Engineering, etc.

Dear Student ,
As you have not mentioned your category so we are assuming it to be general . By this score you will not get any NIT or IIIT . But you can try for state level counsellings for states like Haryana ,Punjab , Uttarakhand , Odisha etc. You can check the cut-off for NIT's to check for any seat availability , if you have any category option . Its link is given below .
