Hello Aspirant! With this percentile, your expected rank would be around 1 lakh something. If you're from general category, with this rank, it would be difficult or nearly impossible to get NIT. Getting IIIT is also not possible. You can try in some GFTI's as there cutoffs are slightly low. You may get NIT Mizoram or Kurukshetra if you're from home state as their closing rank for the year 2019 was 5 lakh something for general.
