Hello dear your rank should be in the range of 50000 as per my prediction.So,at this rank and having a general category,it is not possible to get a NIT Or other GFTis,IITs.There are very few chances that you may get any lower ranked college with less popular Branch as per your rank.You, should try for josaa but you will not get MNIT,Jaipur even under home state quota.
But,at this rank you will surely get a good govt. College in Rajasthan like MBM jodhpur, UTD-RTU kota etc.
So,i would recommend you to go for govt. Colleges in Rajasthan as you can get a core Branch at this rank and also these colleges are not so bad and better than new NITs IIITs.Otherwise if you want to drop and improve your rank then it's your choice.
