For a SC quota student 95 marks would mean near to a SC rank of more than 8k atleast if we consider the best case scenario.Also you require a NIT near UP that means your are actually wanting MNNIT(Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology) whose cutoffs are pretty high and thus i am sorry to tell you that its pretty impossible for you to get in that college with the mentioned marks.
