95000 rank im jee mains and 27000 category rank for obc please suggest the best college I can get with cse branch

1.Amity University
2. Lovely Professional University
3.Thapar University
4. SRM University
These will take their Entrance Exam Test. These are best colleges after Govt. Colleges over Placement in CSE.
For Govt. colleges you have to Do State Counselling.
Go at least for 3 rounds in it.
