98.01 is my daughter score in JEE mains January 2019 and we have obc-ncl certificate. Can she get admission in good nit college in India

sure, your daughter will get good and top NIT'S college though you are obc -ncl category.
since she meet the requirements of cutoff and category cutoff, so she is definitely eligible and can get admission in to top and good NIT colleges.
