The answer is yes.

If you have a percentile of 97 and moreover you belong to the sc category there is no doubt about your admission in nits, and above all the college would be the best college in architecture. She can try for spa delhi, nit trichy or spa vijayawada.

I have 98.15 percentile and belongs to SC category.should I get any NIT's?

yaa sure... you can get admission in any of the nits you have more percenile than her. So you have more choices of the option for the college and you will get better college than her. Moreover you have category reservation also. You can surely opt the computer science engineering as your course.
