For any general wave in sinusoidal form,
y=A sin(kx−ωt+)

The meaning of the symbols are as follows :
A = Amplitude
k=2π/λ = wave number, where λ is wavelength
ω=2πf = angular frequency, where f=1/T is frequency, and T is time period
= phase angle shift.

Equating this with your question, we directly get amplitude A as 3cm.

2.2 is 2πf. So frequency f = 2.2/2π = 0.35

0.6 is 2π/ λ. So wavelength λ = 2π/ 0.6 = 10.47

Now velocity = λ.f = 10.47 x 0.35 = 3.66
