HCL TechBee is India’s 1st initiative which gives IT jobs to class XII finished aspirants. Candidates will be prepared for entry-level IT employment with HCL Technologies after completing the programme. TechBee applicants can continue their studies while working at HCL.
TechBee helps students break out of the rut and start their careers early, in a professional setting, working on Fortune 500 clients, in a country where the assumption is that you need a graduate degree for a job. The programme lays the groundwork for young IT hopefuls, providing them with a place to learn and grow as professionals straight after secondary school.

- Eligibility. Class XII completion
- Training time: 12 months
- Fee for the programme is Rs. 2 lakh including taxes.

The HCL Tech Bee is selected solely on the basis of merit. Those interested in the position should take an online test. Candidates who pass the test are chosen. Following that, they must attend an interview. This interview determines who is the best candidate for the position.
