According to neet nta guidelines one should carry 4"6" photograph apart from passport size photo graph plz confirm whether i should carry 4/6 inch photograph at the time of exam?

Yes. Please carry 2 passport size photographs of 4*6. One for the self declaration form and one for the attendance sheet. Infact, you can paste one photo on the self declaration form, one on the admit card. And you will need one for the attendance sheet. So here you will have to take 2 passport size photographs 4*6. Also carry along with you the admit card, Valid Id proof, PWD certificate if applicable, Self declaration form, 50 ml sanitiser and a transparent water bottle.
