As per my knowledge Bangalore colleges are scheduled to reopen in the mid or late November but srm,vit and other colleges there are yet to make decision.

Government colleges like iit and nit are doing their 1st sem online.

UGC has issued new guidelines regarding opening of colleges and universities in various states after Diwali. The college and universities will be opened only in those areas which are not contaminated zones. The capacity of students in the college will be only 50%.Evey students must have aarogya setu app in their mobile and wearing face shield will be compulsory while attending college.

These guidelines are for all the states now the last call to open the college will be under state government after examining their covid condition.
