actually I am a teacher teaching class V and VI for the last 12 years.I passed B.COM.in 1998. Now i want to do M.A. in Hindi. Can I do ?

Hello Ma'am,
YES. Many universities don't impose an upper age limit for courses like MA Hindi. All they expect is a UG degree from a recognized university/college. However, you will have to crack the entrance exam (if any).
