Yes , of course you can fill the form of BBA and also the form of Bcom.
There isn't any rule as such that you can fill only one form i.e either BBA form or Bcom form.
It is just that you can get admission in only one of both the courses i.e BBA or Bcom.

Yes , you can definitely fill the form for BBA after having filled a form for BCom of MCM. There isn't any restriction such that ine cannot fill a form of two different courses.
But you can get admission to any one of the course only. And therefore make your decisions wisely.
