Actually in my school they have enrolled me in LOC (list of Candidates) but because of new school, online classes i didn't understand anything , what will happen if i re study 11th grade again , since i have enrolled in LOC will i be marked fail in 12th grade for one year ??

Hello,

I think you have misunderstood what LOC is.
Actually List or candidate (LOC) means that yoir respective school will call you to sign LOC issued by CBSE for ensuring that entries and spellings regarding your personal information in the list is correct or not. If you still aren't sure what it is then talk to any teacher of you school regarding this matter.
