It's great to hear that you are aspiring to study overseas. Well all you need to do is clear the IELTS exam and get the minimum band so that you can qualify for the admission over there.

Respected Sir,
You can definitely take admission in CSE in Canada. Hope you have completed IELTS or TOEFL which are basic requirements for getting an adminission into a college. Moreover, hope you have passed your SAT. Colleges abroad mostly ask for a good SAT mark.
