after 12th fail can we do law course 5 yrs?

No, it will not be possible for you to pursue 5 years BA LLB course after getting failed in 12th class. What percent BA LLB course the most basic eligibility criteria you are required is to completely your 10 + 2 from recognised board such as Central Board of Secondary Education or any other recognised state board.

Other than this you are also required to complete your 10 + 2 with at least 50% marks in the aggregate for eligible for the BA LLB course.

After satisfying the eligibility criteria you are also required to crack entrance examination for getting admission in prominent institutes of India. I am mentioning below the name of such entrance examination which are required to qualify for taking admission in some Indian law colleges and Universities:

  • LSAT
  • LNAT
  • CLAT
  • MHCET
  • TS LAWCET.
