Yes you can apply for Masters in Computer Applications. If you have already completed your BCA Course then you are eligible for lateral entry program in which you will get admission in 2nd year of MCA , so it will take 2 years to complete the program otherwise it's a three year program. Since you have asked for Hyderabad , a good opition would be University of Hyderabad.

University of Hyderabad accepts admission through NIMCET scores for MCA. If you have completed your graduation you must atleast have 60% aggregate marks. If you are in your last year/semester of graduation then you are too eligible for the exam. The NIMCET application form can be filled through online mode only which would be released from the first week of March 2019. Upload your recent passport size photograph , date of birth proofs along with your mark cards. The exam consists of : - Mathematics , Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning , Computer Awareness and General English. Exam will be conducted through offline mode with duration of about 2 hours.
