Yes. You can certainly. Ypu have to write JEE Mains and then if qualified you have to write JEE Advanced. JEE entrance exam is conducted at National level for admission into various B.E/B.Tech programmes across India in 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 23 CFTIs. Once you qualify in JEE Mains, you can appear for JEE Advanced and this allows you to take admissions into 23 IITs. The minimum eligibility is 10+2. So after completing 10+2, you can study in IIT following this process.

Yes you can get admission in Indian Institute of Technology provided you have Science subjects along with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and atleast 80 percent marks in class 12th Boards.
