After completing B.E/B.Tech the candidate can apply for Scientist/Engineer in Indian Space Research Organisation through their Entrance Exam; ISRO-ICRB, which offers post of Scientist to Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science Engineers after which you can posted to various field/department under ISRO according to your specialisation. For Technical Assistant you need to have at least MTech/MS or PhD, or pursuing any of them at the time of application. As Technical Assistants need to have deeper knowledge for research so that they can work under professional researchers or professors.

Although you can apply for Research Internships/Trainings after BE/BTech in various Labs or universities.
