After completing MBBS from india we can start practicing in india or do we have clear any other exam

After completing MBBS in India you can start practicing once you get your Registering Medical Practioner number for which you need to apply after completion of MBBS and then you can have your clinic or can do job in private hospital or government college also.

If we do MBBS through private college in india then do we need to give any further exam

No you don't have to give .
MCI exams are for those who do MBBS from other countries like Russia , Ukraine and all.
