Food technology is a different course and if want job related to that then you should have done a B.Sc in food technology but you have done agricultural engineering and with this degree you can get jobs like Agricultural Engineer,Survey Research, Agricultural Engineer,Food Supervisor.Agricultural Inspector, Agricultural Specialist and so on.

If you to do a job related to food industry then you cana apply for FCI.FCI (Food Corporation of India) is a Government of India created and administrated organization that recruits graduates for various posts.You can apply for this exam once the forms are available.
