Hey Ashok,
For giving NEET PG, a candidate is required to fulfill some eligibility criterias, like :
  • The candidate must have a valid MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate which is recognized from MCI and must possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification.
  • The candidate should be Indian Nationals & Foreign Nationals citizen.
So you are not eligible for giving NEET PG entrance exam.
And, D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) is a diploma course after which you cannot think pursue a Postgraduate level entrance exam. After diploma you are only eligible to do a graduation with Pharmacy.
All the Best!
