Without doing MBBS you can't be a Doctor of Anasthesia without it. So with Anesthesia Technology you can't be a Doctor.

No you cannot have the doctor tag with only Bsc Anisthesia.You can become doctor only if you become  medical science graduate degree and above medical science graduate and above (MBBS BDS BHMS  BAMS). . After doing Bsc Anisthesis you can become or physician not doctor.
