YES, you can cancel your admission from the IT branch of Jadavpur University, Kolkata and get a refund.

For that, you will have to reach the reporting centre and withdraw your admission just after the 1st, 2nd and 3rd round of seat allotment.

But, fees will not be refunded if the candidate fails to physically report to the allotted institute after the 3rd round.
