Hello Richa,

Yes you can give CLAT but only CLAT UG 2019 as they have now removed age ristriction. If cannot apply for CLAT PG course as their the eligibility is that the candidate needs to possess a bachelor’s degree in law and the degree of law programme should be approved by Bar Council of India.

I would suggest you to go for 3 year LLB course as you have already done your graduation. If you want to pursue your career in law 3 year course is equally good.

Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Allahabad University and their are many more that have their entrance exams for 3 year programme.

Hi Richa, Yes after your 12th you need to prepare and appear for CLAT exams. On clearing through CLAt, and based on scores you can get yourself enrolled for 5 year course in National Law University out of the 18 NLU across India. The CLAT score varies for each and every NLU. After 5 years you can choose which career path you would like to pick like among litigation, judiciary, legal firms or civil services etc.
