After i have been allotted a seat in secondround of STATE COUNSELLING but still i wish toexit the counselling process what are consequences?
If you have been alloted a college in the 2nd Round of State Counselling and wish to opt out, you can do so freely at your will, the only loss would be that your fees for Registering for the Counseling process would be at a loss.
Now, coming to the query. There are many students who identify their potential long ago and can very well know that their performance hadn't been upto the mark in the exam and they can perform better than what they did. On the other hand, there are people too, who know themselves and assess accordingly that they aren't that patient and strong willed to study for one more year and crack the exam. And they take their chance.
The thing is, everything is dependent on your confidence level and how well you know yourself. If you have the potential to study for 1 more year with a sureshot aim in your mind, definitely go for it. But in any case, if you don't think this would help you, take your chances and join the college which you get.
Hope this helps.
My Best Wishes !
