after passing nwac exan & taking aiu certificate i get admitted srm ktr, b.tech cse branch .I want to know the future placement will matter being a nwac candifate?
Hello Aspirant,
No, as long as you hold a valid AIU equivalence certificate, your future placements will not be affected as most companies look for your performance in B. Tech, technical skills, internships, and the overall interview performance, not the specific board you did your 12th from. SRM University is a valid university and with a well-prepared resume, you will perform well in the campus placements like every other student.
Hi there!
Getting admitted into SRM KTR through NWAC and AIU certification generally should not hinder your placement prospects, especially if the university recognizes the equivalency of your qualification. SRM is known to accept AIU-certified candidates, and once you're enrolled in a regular B.Tech program, your performance in the degree matters more than your school board. Most companies focus on your technical skills, GPA, internships, and performance in aptitude rounds during campus placements. However, a few companies may have strict criteria related to 10th and 12th board recognition, but these are relatively rare. Just make sure to stay active in academics and skill-building during your B.Tech to ensure good opportunities.
Thanks for reaching out!
