After the seat allotment has been done to the candidate, he/she has to report on or before the final date at the respective institute for the seat acceptance along with required fees. If a candidate fails to do so, he/she would be barred from the seat of that respective institute and has to wait for the subsequent rounds for another shot at colleges. Good luck.
