As you know jee main 2019 has been divided into two sessions.
JEE Main
result
will
be declared on 31st January
2019
(ranks) for 1st session) and 30th April
2019
(for 2nd session).
the counselling is expected to start around June 2019 i.e after the 2nd session in april.
