Hi
It doesn't matter even if you don't have 60 % in overall in your 12th .
This is because,
Your overall % obtained by you in class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria. Only your aggregate % in PCB is taken in account for considering your eligibility.
To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
You belong to general category and
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 54 % i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible for neet 2021 examination .
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
