According to the NIRF report (National Institute Ranking Framework) 2020, All India Institute of Medical Science is not only better than AIIMS Hrishikesh but, AIIMS Delhi is the top Medical Institute of India. AIIMS Delhi is the best Institute of India. It's NIRF ranking is 1 and NIRF score is 90.69.

On the other hand AIIMS Hrishikesh is not included even in the top 100 Medical Institutes of India. And it is not very easy to admission into AIIMS Delhi. You will have to be among the top performers in NEET.
