Dear Vishal, there have been issues with the Final Registration process. AIIMS has acknowledged server issues. Students have been facing technical glitches ever since. However few tried clearing the cache, browsing history, resrarted their systems and relogged in. While it worked for few immediately, it worked eventually for few more. You may give it a try as well.
