Students with BCA or BTech/Bsc In IT domain are eligible for MCA. Oversll only Science stream/ Diploma cum degree are eligible for MCa.

Bcom students simply not eligible for pursuing MCA.

You should rather go for MBA in IT/Business Analytics which is more recommended because of mix of both technology concepts and management .
