Am doing my first year b-tech EEE. Can I do fashion designing along with btech.... If yes then which are the clgs I can go??

No actually you cannot do fashion designing along with BTech EEE. To be more clear for you let me tell you that EEE is a very good branch and it really required some hard work if you really want to succeed . This is your first year so stay focused on BTech . It will really help you further in life.
