for SC/ST (open & state quota) the opening rank is 1-15000 and the closing ranks are 15001-25000
For the general category the opening rank is 1-750 and the closing ranks are 9501-10000
And for state quota the opening rank is 10001-12500 and the closing ranks are 20001-22500
