Hey! I don't mean to demotivate you but 280 to 295 marks are really very less..even for a private medical college but don't lose hope you can prepare again for NEET 2020. Work hard, work on your weak points, keep NCERT concepts on your fingertips and you will surely clear it next time with really good marks.. Best of luck.. 

Hello, I am sorry but it's literally difficult to get admission in any medical College with this score. Medical seat at least require a score of 450 to 500+  in order to expect admission even under state quota, being in category even doesn't gonna give anyone that much advantage.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have ni chance for the ESIC Medical College and Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Chennai.

Last year the cutoff was around to 600+ for general and obc and almost around to 530+ for reservation category of sc and st. And you have much less marks than that, so no for the college.
