Am i eligible for 2023 jee mains and advanced if i'm in btech first year and completed 12 boards in 2022..?? and can i get a chance of getting an iit even if i've done 1st yr of btech..??

So with regard to your query, YES you can absolutely give the exam and score in it. There is no barrier that comes across you. However, your Btech 1st year course from the previous college won't be considered, after getting seat in NIT and IIT, you need to study the course again from the first time.
