Am I eligible for NTSE... I was born in US. But I am staying in India from the past 14 years. I also have an OCI card.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NTSE. You must be studying in standard 10th and satisfy all other eligibility requirememnts as mentioned by your state. In case you have any specific query related to NTSE, you may contact your State Laision Officer as given in the list below:
