Am I not eligible to apply for dujat if I don't have English subject in 12th ?

The DU JAT2019EligibilityCriteria as follows:
The appearing candidate should have cleared Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other class 12 equivalent examination from any board/recognized institute, university. Candidates belonging to general category should have secured a minimum of 60% in class 12 including English maths and two other subjects.
So having English as a subject in+2is part of the criteria.
