Dear Sir/ma'm, there is no such category in the National Eligibility as you have mentioned above. For general category, the cutoff is 119-691 which is 50th percentile, for Scheduled Caste it is 118-96, for Scheduled Tribe it is 118-96 and for Other Backward Castes it is also 118-96.
