Hi Vijay,

No, you are not eligible for IAS, IPS and IFS examination having any backlogs in any degree. To apply for IAS, IPS and IFS, you are required to clear all your backlogs. No backlogs at the time of appearing for this examination is the only criteria for Civil Services Examination.

Sir mera naam dheeraj h mene 2019 me bsc ki thi mgr 1st semester me re a gyi thi or second semester corona ki wajah se sbko pass kr diya tha mgr sir me 2020 me 2nd year me admission nhi le paya financial condition ki wajah se or corona me father ki job chutne ki wajah se. Mgr sir mera naam University me chal rha tha or ab mujhe 2021 me 2nd year me admission mil rha h sir . To agr ab me apni sari re todker apni degree le lu to kya me upsc ka exam de skta hoon . Please tell me
