The holidays for pilots varies from airlines to airlines according to the seniority of the pilot ,the no of days off or vacations vary and are negotiate for most contracts.

12 days off is the minimum,All airlines has vacation days for pilots and it usually lasts for one week in first year and after a certain period it might become 4 to 6 weeks .Hope this information is helpful and thank you.
