In 2017 when I gave exam one of my friend secure rank around 22000 in nearly 147 marks.
But it may vary from year to year and this year you will get 2 chance .
So you can improve your score in your 2nd chance

The cutoffs vary every year depending upon various factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty of paper set and many more factors that is the reason it's difficult to predict the rank.
